The status quo.
I have some breaking news: women are not men.
I know, surprising.
About to reveal the best-kept secret in the world.
It sounds quite trivial.
But then, if we ask: so how are women different?
People struggle to give actual examples.
An ever-changing body.
Women go through big life stages.
A girl at 22 who is taking a pill and a 47 years old woman in peri-menopause. They do not have the same body. Literally.
To give you some stats, women have menstrual cycles for 40 years, this amounts to 500 cycles, during which she may bleed 20% of the time, or 8 years in a row. It is very much part of the daily life of a woman.
The big issue.
Following training, nutritional and recovery protocols made for men mean that our bodies face permanent instabilities, leading to recurrent pains and negative symptoms. This ranges from amenhorrea, endometriosis, PCOS, ovulation pain, IBS,... all often bundled into one unique "menstuation pain" bucket, when not sending the message that those women are "moody and bitchy".
That's not great for personal confidence.
This misinformation also results in missed opportunities for women who do sports to compete at their very best.
Today, 50% of women are interested in sport and we want to support every single one - whether she's training for her first 5k or she's a pro athlete training for the Olympics.

The way forward.
WILD.AI is the app helping women who do sports train, fuel and recover, based on their menstrual cycle.
We have done the research for you.
How does the body change?
What does our body need?
How can I optimize my input - fueling, training and recovery - to have an optimal output - strong body, alleviated negative symptoms, constant feeling of progression - that is also shown in my data?
This is what we do.
It's your turn now to join our mission. We can't wait to build WILD.AI with you.
The sports addicts on a mission.
We have built the best team in the world to bring to life this product all women crave, and change the status quo:
- Stacy Sims, Ph.d., author of ROAR: widely recognised as a reference in female physiology, is working with us on the content, coaching and the science behind
- Mike LaVigne, who previously co-founded Clue, the FemTech company that invented the word "FemTech", is now building the product you're using - or will soon have in your hands
- Helene Guillaume, who studied mathematics and financial risks, was a quant in a hedge fund and management consultant to Fortune500 companies on AI. She is an athlete: previously a rugby player who transitioned to 100km ultra-marathon runner, triathlete and ice swimmer. She bridges the worlds of data science from using financial data to take smart investment decisions to human data to advance female health and sports
- The brains of Theodosis Georgiou, Ph.d. in Artificial Intelligence and Sahana Gopal, Ph.d. and Olympic coach
But that's not it.
We believe that to have a deep, meaningful impact - not in 5 or 10 years, but now - we need to be surrounded by the best.
And we are.
We are building The Female Expert Panel, to be the thought leader in female health and female sports. Paula Racliffe, 17 years world marathon champion, trusts us, so does the Head of Stanford Innovation Labs, CEOs of large corporates, like Team Ineos (behind Marathon 1:59), journalists, doctors, activists. We have the will and power to change the status quo.
And when there is a will, there is a way.
