IFundWomen is the go-to funding marketplace for women-owned businesses and the people who want to support them with access to capital, coaching, and connections. Our mission is to close the enormous funding gap for female-founded businesses around the world.
Officially incorporated in early 2017, our then-five-person team built an MVP called IFundWomen for ~$20K, and since then, we've grown to where we have 4 distinct products within the funding marketplace which have empowered tens of thousands of women-owned businesses to raise over $80M in capital for their startups and learn how to start and grow profitable, sustainable businesses that are the driving force of our economy.

We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to develop and execute a solid testing strategy for ensuring product quality. QA Associate responsibilities include designing and implementing tests & testing suites to test our products across multiple devices and environments. You will also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics (e.g. defect densities and open defect counts.)
The QA associate role plays an important part in our company’s product development process. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting tests before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs while being cost-effective. If you hold an engineering background and enjoy providing end-to-end solutions to software quality problems, that would be a huge plus.
Ultimately, you should monitor software development stages to identify and resolve system malfunctions to meet quality standards.
