WeKNOW is a community-driven health and wellness platform for women that aggregates women's health stories to transform health outcomes.

WOW! Actually listening to women...what a novel concept! WeKNOW is exactly that. WeKNOW acknowledges that every woman knows what is best for HER body. She just needs a little support and advice along the way from her peers!
WeKNOW (which stands for Women embracing the Knowledge Necessary for Our Wellness) is a community-driven wellness platform that changes the game in women’s health by aggregating women's health stories (what we KNOW) to transform our health-related outcomes. It's a huge easily accessible community of support in your pocket (or pocketbook)!
The WeKNOW platform will incorporate on- and offline components to revolutionize women's health:
- Online platform to connect community members for support and advice
- Online searchable access to women's stories as well as related women's health resource reviews
- Online searchable access to story summaries and analyses
- Monthly women's conference calls (video, audio and chat)
- Community outreach workshops and playshops
- Annual conference
- Policy advocacy
and additional members-only benefits:
- Monthly women's newsletter
- Special events
- Member T-shirt
- Annual member box
This crowdfunding campaign will support:
1) prototype development and testing, including user interface and graphic design
2) story curation, processing and publishing
3) newsletter publishing

- I have a story to share. How do I share it? Please contact us at [email protected]. We are currently curating stories and are particularly interested in stories of endometriosis, fibroids and PMS.
- I can't give anything right now but want to support the concept. How can I do that? You can register your support with a contribution as low as $1 by clicking on the link for "Monetary Contribution." Showing your support with any level of funding is valuable because it allows us to prove to organizational funders the true size of our audience.
- I want to give more. This is so needed right now. How can I give something different/more than the levels specified? You can register your support at any level ($1+) by clicking on the link for "Monetary Contribution."
- I'm excited about my reward. When can I expect it? Rewards will be received in December, 2019 with the exception of the member boxes which will be packed and sent out in February, 2020.
- WeKNOW is a .org. Is WeKNOW a non-profit? WeKNOW is a social enterprise; in other words, it is not a non-profit but will devote 100% of its revenues to its social good mission (to transform health outcomes for all women everywhere through stories). Registering for the site and accessing its basic (story) information will be free; additional paid member services are as described below.
- How much is a WeKNOW membership? WeKNOW membership will be available annually starting in 2020. The 2020 inaugural year fee will be $69.
- What is the difference between a founding WeKNOW membership and a regular WeKNOW membership? Founding memberships lock in the initial annual price forever.
- What is included in a WeKNOW membership? For your annual membership fee, you will have full access to the platform (app and website), receive the WeKNOW monthly newsletter, the WeKNOW annual calendar and and annual member thank you box. You will also have access to special members-only events and discounted access to public events (WeKNOW conference, etc.).
- What are Pussy the Seminar and Pussy for Men? Pussy the Seminar: Creating Safe Space Dialog About Our Most Sacred & Controversial Body Part brings women together and gets them talking about their experiences with health, their bodies and sex in a way that moves them beyond embarrassment, stigma, and taboo to empowered and informed. It creates safe space for women to go inside their life stories and share the lessons they've learned and the lessons they need to unlearn. These 2-3 hour workshops and seminars stimulate the sharing of experiences, the good, bad, the fat and the ugly. Through the resulting dialog, women begin to awaken and learn from each other how to better care for their bodies, minds and spirit and go on to educate others in their lives. Pussy for Men is an opportunity to come together and share stories about women's bodies, health, sex and sensuality. Sharing and receiving information is part of a larger healing process that empowers. It is from this position of awareness that men can begin dialog with others in their circle of influence. Through reflection and discussion, Pussy for Men is able to support men in uncovering beliefs and possible sources of "toxic" masculinity, particularly those that may lead to aggressive and/or violent behavior. It helps them create safe and comfortable space to ask the questions they have and get the answers they need. This allows them room to get comfortable with the sex and bodies of their loved ones. More comfort with our own body issues and sexual matters can lead to a society that puts a greater focus on making love, not war.

What are In Situ Wellness Breaks? The In Situ Wellness Breaks are a series of wellness-focused meeting and event breaks structured to provide the following over the course of an event, meeting or conference – 1) right-brain breaks from left-brain sessions; 2) hands-on activities, broken into multiple “bite-sized” parts, to enable participants to practice techniques for wellness and stress management. The wellness breaks are structured based on cutting edge, published research, science and solutions and incorporate a variety of mind, body, mind-body wellness and community-building activities.
