It's a Vibe!

Vibe Ride Detroit was created to offer an elevated fitness studio experience, to an underserved community, at an affordable price.  Our studio specializes in rhythmic indoor cycling classes, as well as total body bootcamps, Pilates, Pound, and Cardio workouts to offer our Tribe a one stop shop for group fitness classes.  We believe that we can't heal in isolation, but as a community, and everything we do is based off creating a safe space for all to commune together as one tribe, with one vibe, encouraging each other to get healthier together.

The city of Detroit was ranked the most unhealthy city in America, both mentally and physically, and this was prior to the Pandemic.  Despite needing more resources and education within the city, studios focused on the surrounding suburbs, and many high end fitness facilities disregarded the Detroit metro as a whole.   The global gym industry is worth $96.7 billion, and many of those dollars within this country have come from an elitist and separatist industry that takes cultural elements to promote itself, yet isolate the community affiliated with that culture.

Focusing on Culture, Community, and Wellness, our studio fills the gap of the lack of high end facilities, and connects the dots between physical fitness and overall health and wellness.  We focus on creating lifestyle changes in addition to abs :).  We partner with other local small businesses in the wellness area, to create our own network of resources for all of our customers to tap into, that address mental health, nutrition, health management, recovery techniques, and natural and holistic wellness.

During the Pandemic, the disproportionate amount of elevated cases and deaths within the black and brown community, which also aligns with underserved communities, shows that the work that we do is even more important today than ever before.  Our mission is to equip individuals with the tools to take control of their own health and wellness, starting from the inside/out.  We believe that offering a safe space, that is clean and fully equipped, should not be accessible to only the wealthier people of this country.
