Liberate is the nation’s first mental health fitness studio providing classes and courses that blend movement, journaling, conversation, and meditation to tone the mind. Every class flows around a mindful theme that represents a skill to strengthen: presence, courage, gratitude, pride, and resilience.

Since 2017, MYRetreat has offered chocolate, mindfulness, and gratitude journaling, during 90-minute women's retreats. But the pandemic caused Melissa to pivot. The MYRetreat App is now bringing self-care practices to you anytime, anywhere!

Grail imagines a future where melanated folks can find pride and joy in taking our personal care into our own hands.
