Cristina Cala is the founder of Why Women, a creative collective of women who power The Why Women Project, a movement to tell brand stories through the feminist gaze. A community and talent collective of women for hire, Why Women offers memberships, event sponsorships, and creative services for women-owned businesses. Our iFundWomen campaign will expand Why Women's programming, enabling us to extend series like Feminist Book Club featuring works by women and nonbinary authors, and SPEAK: Live Storytelling From the Feminist Gaze. Growing memberships and strategic partnerships will help us connect professional women in media, marketing and production to brand clients with an emphasis on women-owned.
