1:1 Product Coaching

Bi-weekly over 3 months, clients will meet with a product coach twice per month as we guide you along the way to building the right product for your customer. During the sessions we will work with you in a broad range of areas depending where you are in the product process (e.g. ideation, build, launch or scale). Our private 1:1 product coaching is offered in 3 month increments. From digital to physical we've helped clients all over the world with all types or products get their product idea in its respective market.

 

What's included

  • We meet you where you are in your product process. Depending where you are in your product process we will cover:

Help clients finesse their idea for a product, or a business in its early stages, develop their idea into a viable business/product.

Support for clients have a service based business and looking to introduce a product line we can help clients transform existing offerings

Support for clients looking to develop products focused on sustainable innovation that advances both business and purpose

 Identify product market fit, address customer adoption and retention metrics, improving sales, decreasing time to market, increasing customer referrals, etc.

 An additional benefit, of helping individual contributors on your team build product management and general product problem-solving skills, teams who have had product coaching are less likely to need subject matter experts each time they face a new product challenge. ***If you have a service-based business we can assist with ideation of a new product for your market/brand.

FAQ

How does Product Coaching Work?

Product Coaching will be conducted in the following manner:

  1. Discovery: we will work together to build a deep understanding of real problem your product solves, set goals related to that problem and commit to the actions you can take to achieve those goals as they relate to your product.
  2. After the discovery session, we will develop a product coaching plan flexible enough to adapt to your needs but give enough structure to make sure we make progress towards their product goals.
  3. Each coaching session is typically one hour long and the coach will work with you to check in on your product progress since the previous session, re-prioritize goals and actions where needed, then continue to help you work through the challenges you are facing with issues related to your product.
  4. We use an effective methodology inspired by design thinking, design sprint, and others to help you unpack challenges in a visual way and to keep a record of what happened in the session.
  5. Retrospective: At the end of a 6 coaching sessions we will work with you to reflect on outcomes and accomplishments, and whats nexts to cover or in a follow-up/upgrade of 3-6 more sessions if you choose to continue with more product coaching.
What if I have a service-based business?

We can assist you with the ideation process of determining what product might best compliment your company. However, that would need to take place in Viable Product or 1:1 Product Coaching and NOT Product Validation Bootcamp. Work would be worked on by the client both independently with 1:1 support from the Product Coach.
