Project Description
- To promote preventive health and wellness to all adults age 18 and older
- Preventive health and wellness for women and adults to promote healthy lifestyle. Our mission is also to create jobs hone care nursing jobs to help maintain preventative healthy lifestyle for patients in our geriatric communities.
- And also, we are planning to open an office so that patients can visit us in person. This will help solve health disparities in our communities.
- We’re seeking funding to help open an office and buy supplies for labs, physical exams, medications, vaccines, TB skin testing
- I have a team from Prime Med Billing and credentialing including myself
- Thank you so much for believing in us!!And we look forward to providing optimal care to all of our patients!We are currently credentialed with Aetna and Medicare! We are pending contracts from Anthem, United Healthcare and Cigna!
