Project Description
Wicked Rustic Workshops LLC is a Massachusetts based business founded in 2016. We offer rustic wood painting workshops in homes and at local restaurants around the North Shore and Greater Boston area. Started by two young mothers as an opportunity to not only get ourselves out of the house, but get other mom's and women out of the house and have a simple yet fun social experience all while creating something they can be truly proud of! We are building our company on empowering women, by providing a laid back social crafting atmosphere led by positive, upbeat, and motivating instructors. With our instructor-led flexible scheduling, we are able to hire women from all walks of life... wives, moms, teachers. We are just a couple of mom's wanting to support other women in balancing life and find a passion and fire in doing something they love!
Help Us Launch our Pilot Program - Regional Workshop Executives
Since launching our company, we have grown our local employment and currently have 5 instructors, and 2 assistants helping run our workshops. We have held over 120 Private Workshops and 30 Public Workshops, creating over 1,800 signs with our local community! We have had a lot of customers reach out asking if we would travel to them (some over 2 hours away), and this got us thinking, we need to grow our company and expand to other regions offering our creative designs and workshops.
What does a Regional Workshop Executive do?
Our Regional Workshop Executives teach women in their community how to make rustic wooden décor, on a schedule that fits their lifestyle!
- BOOK WORKSHOPS – Book Private or Public Workshops in their local community
- INSTRUCT WORKSHOPS – We will provide the Executive with all the tips, tricks and tools to teach guests to create their own wooden masterpieces in a fun, social crafting atmosphere.
- BUILD YOUR CREATIVE COMMUNITY - Generate a following by making lasting connections with local businesses and customers through social media, and by hosting public & private workshops.
