Hi! I'm Kitiya Mischo King, founder of Mischo Beauty, a brand that is committed to pioneering clean, chic beauty that is pure and perfect. Since launching in 2013, Mischo Beauty has created 10 FREE non-toxic nail lacquer formulas that our customers love because they deliver high quality hues while doing no harm to their health.
Valuing this feedback is why we’re here today. We’re launching this funding effort to support the research, development and production of expanding into a full non-toxic, nail care system with the addition of:
- A moisturizing acetone-free nail polish remover
- A healing repair elixir base coat
- A strengthening gel-finish top coat
These three new products bring nourishing and healthy benefits to ultimately promote overall nail care and growth.
In 2011, while pregnant I could not find a nail polish formula that was both stylish and healthy. Mischo Beauty was created to fill that void so concerns about what you put on and near your body are considered, without sacrificing high quality.
All of Mischo Beauty’s products are non-toxic, vegan, cruelty-free, gluten-free, void of artificial fragrances and made in the USA. You shouldn't have to choose between health and beauty, you can love both.
I graduated from Spelman College with a degree in Chemistry. I am a licensed cosmetologist, manicurist, esthetician and makeup artist. I am the first Black woman to launch a 10 FREE non-toxic, vegan and cruelty-free nail lacquer collection.
