This initiative is led by Tamika Handou Ngaham, a licensed Nursing Home Administrator managing a million-dollar budget monthly while also helping her husband successfully operate his trucking business. Through firsthand experience, she has seen the gaps in financial literacy, business structure, and credit education in many communities, which led her to develop this movement. The team includes:
