Project Description
Hey! Thank you so much for checking out my crowdfunding campaign! My name is Veronica and I'm an independent artist based in Nashville, TN getting ready to release my first full length album, Caught Up On a Feeling!
Some of these songs I wrote last year, and others were written over the past 5 years. I’ve been nervous to share some of them because they felt too vulnerable and I wasn’t sure how they’d be interpreted. But I’ve realized that those are the songs I want to be sharing with others. I want to do what other artists have done for me, which is sharing those experiences that might help someone feel less alone.
This past fall I worked with Wilson Harwood to record 10 songs. It was a really incredible experience taking the time to get the songs exactly where I wanted them. In the whole process I was able to hire 10 other creatives and independent musicians to make this record what it is today. So it’s recorded, mixed, mastered, ready to go out into the world. Which brings us to this next phase of the record…
In today's music industry, at least 20-50% of the production budget needs to be spent on marketing alone in order for the music to be heard. My goal is to raise at least $12,000 to cover a PR company, a radio promoter and social media marketing. If I’m able to raise more than that, I would use the money to invest in that many more ads which translate to that many more listeners. This raise will allow me to not only promote this record, but also to really invest in and grow my career as an artist.
Anything that you can give to this campaign will help! I came up with a bunch of rewards like early listening to the record, writing custom songs, sending you one of my vinyl records from my collection, and a bunch of other fun stuff. If you aren’t able to contribute,just sharing this campaign with your friends or family is so helpful. Thank you so much, and I can’t wait for you to hear the new music!

I want to purchase more than one reward. Can I do that?
Absolutely! You are able to select and add multiple rewards to your cart.
I just want to contribute, and not purchase a reward. What do I do?
The first reward listed is Monetary Option. Select this reward, type in the amount you'd like to contribute, and that amount will be added to the fund.
I want a certain reward, but I'd like to contribute more than the reward price. What do I do?
Select the reward you would like to purchase, and then select the "Monetary Option" reward and fill in the additional amount you would like to contribute.
What types of payment do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, etc. Please let me know if you need an alternate payment method. We can work something out!

When will your album be released?
The album will be released this September, with singles coming out throughout the summer!
Why $12,000?
$12,000 will help me pay for a PR company, radio promotion, and marketing. After putting so much time and effort into making a record that I’m really proud of, I want to make sure that I’m giving it a chance to be heard! This campaign will allow me to hire people who can help me get my music in front of more people.
