We are excited to share that we've officially surpassed our 10% goal -and steadily heading towards our 25% goal of our campaign. This is the exact costs to secure our initial buildout costs to bring the space to a shell to allow us to make this space our own.
This covers our tenant build-out costs. Therefore we can repair all damage to the space, provide a nice coat of white paint from floor to ceiling, repairing any broken windows or chipped concrete, and Installation of a garage door for added natural light + accessibility.
