Hello, funders!
I just received a really great option for the fabric of our new leggings and bike shorts. Made in a sustainable recycled polyester blend with some awesome color options. Super excited and working on finalizing with the textile manufacturer so we can move forward with getting samples made. We are also working to make some changes to the legging design, like widening the waistband and finalizing the inseam lengths.
There is a factory we are in discussion with in India that is women-owned and who employs and empowers women in need! They are super impressive and I'm excited about the prospect of working with them. We are a bit delayed at the moment due to the coronavirus surge happening globally, with India being hit particularly hard. My thoughts are with them and I'm hopeful the numbers decrease soon. This continues to be a challenging time for many.
