Hello Fabulous Backers!
I wanted to send out an update as we approach November and achieve full Fall status, which is when we had originally anticipated opening our doors at Benny Boy.
Great news first: Construction is flying, tanks have arrived, we've hired four incredible employees, the property is transforming daily, and the vision for the cider house, brewery, and beer garden is coming to life!!
Now, the less-than-ideal news: we will not have the green light (certificate of occupancy) to have the public onsite until later this winter. Like many other small businesses trying to open up right now, we've faced many COVID-related delays including supply chain nightmares and extreme government agency backlog.
We are now hopeful for a January launch (WHOOHOO!!), and we cannot wait to see you all there. I am going to begin sending out regular newsletter updates straight from Benny Boy starting next month, so this is the last IFW email you will receive.
