One of our favorite rewards is the "Because we care". It gives people the freedom to become part of our success for as little as $1. Sometimes people will dismiss the value of their dollar.
I remember as a child, my parents taught us about giving and being prayerful about what and who we support. Because we care and are appreciative of your support in the early days of our campaign, we've decided to give back to your communities.
How?
We have 32 days left in the campaign. Any region that has 10 or more new contributors in the "Because we care" reward, we're going to give 10% of that towards a shelter in your community.
Winter months are hard on shelters. Often times it's when they have to turn people away due to over-crowding. We don't want to wait to be a blessing to those struggling right now.
