WHOA. I mean, really... WHOA.
I certainly never expected to be sending this update this soon. But here we are, one week later- a mere seven days- and my crowdfunding campaign to launch Trinket is FULLY FUNDED. I am just brimming with gratitude, excitement, and every other warm and fuzzy feeling you can think of. With all sincerity, I can not thank you all enough for your support.
While this is something I've been thinking about for some years now, it wasn't until just a few months ago that I really put the pedal to the metal and dove into working to make it a reality, and the fact that all of you IMMEDIATELY showed up and showed out to support this endeavor fills me with so much joy. I am truly humbled that you have put your faith in me, and most importantly- chosen to invest in me and my goals.
It is not lost on me that this is a difficult time for so many of us, for so many reasons, and that for a lot of us our finances have been affected. So for you to chose to give up some of your hard-earned dollars and put your trust in me to do something meaningful with it is such an honor. I will not let you down.
While the campaign will remain live and open for contributions (and rewards!) for the next 38 days, I'll be using these next few weeks to highlight some other fantastic campaigns on the iFundWomen platform. Follow along on the Trinket Instagram and Facebook page to see what cool projects others are up to, and if you're able, show them some love as you've shown me.
