I Ally contains many facets. In its most basic form, I Ally is a Mutual Aid Platform built with our partner Golden Volunteer in which anyone in the country can post a need for help ("I need someone to perform a wellness check on my dad") and a fully-vetted volunteer can post an offer to help ("I can perform a wellness check on your dad at 4pm today.") This is completely free and has been particularly helpful in response to the Coronavirus pandemic.
Through our partner Backpack Health, the Caregiver can store all of the medical paperwork for their patient and share it with whom they choose to maintain continuity (say, from the hospital to the neurologist) and maintain control of their patient's information. This is also free and makes I Ally fully HIPAA compliant!
My favorite feature of the app is our partnership with Thera-LINK, which enables us to fully host Telehealth natively within I Ally. Caregivers can access care for their patients, and, mental healthcare for themselves, customized for them and their needs. This is my favorite part because caregiver stress and caregiver burden can be incredibly detrimental to the caregiver's health, and at such a young age, can potentially derail their lives.
This money would be used to continue to grow our team at this critical stage of launch, to continue to expand our partnerships, and to launch a marketing campaign that would secure we have users to download the app!
Anything you would have to contribute, along with coming with some pretty great perks, could enable our ability to launch with a huge splash that would have many, many returns.
