^{Hana and Ashley, co-founders of thicc sticc have been friends for 25 years. We have watched each other go through childhood, adulthood, motherhood, and all the hoods in between! We both have a creative entrepreneurial spirit and a shared passion for empowering women. We have a shared experience of gaining a few pounds during the quarantine days (I’m sure many of you can relate to that). And while we are loving and embracing our bodies as is, we are not thrilled with some of the personal care challenges that come with having curvier bodies. We created thicc sticc for two problem areas that aren’t widely addressed: boob sweat & inner-thigh chafing caused by thighs rubbing together.}

^{As little girls, we have vivid memories of our grandmothers sprinkling baby powder all over her chest and thighs to combat these issues and it left a white mess everywhere. Facing the same problems as adults, we were inspired by the lack of personal care solutions on the market for curvy bodies that don't force us to sacrifice our looks for utility. We formulated Thigh High, an anti-chafe stick, and Tit Spritz, a sweat-reducing spray for the bust area, to solve these problems. Our products are designed with all complexions (Black women) in mind - that means it applies clear and doesn't show on darker skin or transfer to clothes. The products are clean, safe, and non-toxic unlike other products like antiperspirant and talc powder.}

^{Our initial rollout strategy is to sell directly to consumers through our website and at strategic, in-person pop-up shops. The next step is to partner with online retailers to sell through their websites as well. But we designed our beautiful packaging to really stand out on shelves and catch your eye. Our goal is to establish wholesale partnerships so that you can purchase thicc sticc in stores. Our vision is to be the most loved personal care brand with solutions for all thicc bodies. The funds from this campaign will allow us to fulfill larger manufacturing purchase orders so that we can grow our reach to promote comfort and confidence for all thicc bodies, so you can embrace the thicc without the ick!}
