THE BROOKS GROUP, LLC (TBG Trains) is a minority woman-owned workforce development and training company located in the D.C. metro area. Since 2010, TBG Trains has engaged local, national, and federal partners to become a stellar customer service, work, and skills readiness training provider.

We offer customized training programs to ensure a qualified employee base that is well-versed in the specific employer’s culture.  We utilize innovative and individualized training techniques that enable our participants to achieve their desired outcomes. Our curated training programs are designed to support individuals as they are exposed and discover their WOW (World of Work). This helps to solve the problem of a one size fits all training and really allowing for the individual to discover who they are, what they can bring to the table, and how to use it to uplift themselves, their family, and the community at large. TBG Trains is uniquely positioned to offer this training because all of our facilitators come from industry and bring those successes to the training in addition to the care for the individual student, wherever they are on their journey. The reason we are uniquely qualified to make this happen is that we are a small boutique company that can work with each client and individual, listen, learn, and in partnership develop impactful, engaging training that is not just "off the shelf".
