Title: Expanding Sustainable Fashion: A Proposal for Permanent Retail Space

Summary:

Our enterprise is a pioneering retail venture dedicated to sustainable and affordable fashion, championing inclusivity in terms of size and led by an ambitious team of women. At the core of our ethos is the empowerment of women, encouraging them to embrace their unique fashion sensibility whilst perpetuating eco-friendly practices. We ardently advocate for the alignment of environmental sustainability with enjoyable and economical fashionable choices.

Project Description:

We are currently operating out of a temporary retail location within a reputable flea market due to the fiscal limitations inherent in our start-up status. We are urgently requesting funding to secure a permanent storefront to expand our operations and impact.

Our vision for the new storefront is an inclusive space with equal representation of clothing sizes, ranging from straight to mid-size, and plus size. This broad range is designed to cater to a wide variety of consumers, ensuring everyone can find something that fits their style and size.

Furthermore, we plan to leverage this new space to organize regular upcycling events. These initiatives aim to nurture a sense of community, empowerment, and sisterhood among our shoppers, fostering a deeper connection with our brand.

Specific Focus:

Unlike traditional thrift and secondhand stores that offer a broad range of items, we specialize in women's apparel, accessories, and footwear. Each item is handpicked by our knowledgeable team, ensuring that we offer stylish, flattering, and sustainable garments.

The driving force of our enterprise consists of our Creative Director, Alana Finnin, and our Community Engagement and Social Media Manager, Devon-Marie Hursh. This dedicated team is committed to bringing our vision of the sustainable and inclusive fashion retail space to life.
