SOULFIRE MOVEMENT
We are an alternative fitness studio combining high energy dancing and various meditational practices in a single class. We welcome anyone who wants to work on their body and mind in a fun, judge-free & supportive environment. Our mission is to bring fun new outlook to mindfulness and to contribute to a happy & healthy community. We want to provide a solution – various tools and techniques that anyone can implement in their everyday routine to live balanced and with bliss.
THE PROBLEM
The pandemic brought about a shift that changed social interaction and how businesses do business and how artists monetize their work. We are transforming a 20ft v-nose trailer into a mobile dance studio. The benefit of a mobile dance studio will provide flexibility and freedom. We are bringing a new look on how to make new choreographies in public by bringing the events to the people and a secure fluidity to navigate through a moment of hardship.
THE VISION
We want to bring a new perspective to how the world can be innovative in making space. This mobile dance studio has the possibilities to be scaled for multipurpose usage. The long term goal is to outline a template for creators to invest in their own trucks and provide:
- Instructors who may need an affordable space to host private 1 on 1 sessions
- A dancer seeking a private space to rehearse
- Community engagement events and support for organizational collaborations
- Festivals, outdoor workshops, movie nights, social gatherings, bar/bat mitzvahs and more.
Not only can we provide the functionality to bring the dance floor to you, but it would also include the usage of all built in amenities on the truck, such as:

This is an innovative opportunity for other small businesses, freelancers and artists. Providing an affordable space to professionals to support putting themselves out there. Long term the idea is to make this a form of income and ownership opportunity to artist & the community. Our society already makes it difficult to talk about money. And there aren't many platforms that are providing a way for artists specifically to OWN in an alternative way like this.
Environmentally there is also a growing worldwide interest in re-using and upcycling trailers transforming them into mobile homes, fitness studios, pop-up shops and more. And as thousands more are produced daily, that number continues to grow and become a significant environmental issue. With a lower overhead cost compared to a commercial space, scaling the pricing to rent would be affordable for all interested markets.
THE ASK
With 40k in finding, we now have the pre-phase funds to buy a 20ft trailer, which we plan to transform into a mobile studio offering dance, fitness and offer wellness technology to efficiently assist in delivering programs to help motivate, engagement and incest in a variety of healthy behaviors. The funds from this grant will provide us more funds to invest in grounding mats, which have been known to reduce stress by 70%, PEMF Therapy (pulse electromagnetic field) therapy has been known to rescue pain and muscle ache. Bringing an accessible and alternative engagement to wellness.
