When we first met Teresita, we can see the discouragement she has from her fellow coffee and cocoa local farmers. 

While the Philippine Government has provided them with short courses, equipment and helpful knowledge to be able to create businesses out from their own lands and products, it has 'still' been mismanaged. No sales. No profit at all. 

Looking at this problem, we know for ourselves that we can help. 

And so, we've started to build the brand 'Donya Teresita'. We'v started wayback 2018 and has been operating online. Simply selling coffee beans, drips and cocoa chocolate. Knowing the huge amount of capitalization needed, we were serious to scale up gradually as we gain sales online. 

Fast forward, we were informed about the Coffee Expo Manila 2022. It was around last week of August and we only had about less than 2 months to prepare for the said expo for October 1 and 2. 

At some sort of excitement, we have decided to take the chances and join. 

Indeed, it has been a successful event. We couldn't thank our friends and family enough for their all out support especially the customers. 

We've invested quite a huge amount of money for the coffee booth and now has to be placed in a good location to continuously help the brand and the local farmers. 

We've talked to several malls here in the Philippines and the cost involves quite a huge amount of money. 

Why malls? 

Aside from sure traffic, we've proven the coffee booth to stand out inside mall doors with all light effects and so. Thus, attracting people to buy and try Donya Teresita's coffee and chocolate drinks.

Below is a quick list and breakdown of the things we needed for opening a mall branch:

*3 months security deposit
*Upgraded espresso machine
*Upgraded coffee grinder
*Coffee booth enhancement with sink and drawers
*Tables and chairs
*More coffee and cocoa supplies
*Additional food (waffle and pancake) supplies
*Payroll for employees (baristas and cashiers)

Deadline of contract signing will be at the end of October 2022 and we are looking at being able to raise the entire amount needed. This, in connection with taking advantage of the holiday season to come where we are positive that we can make more sales to help.
