Eat, Drink & Be Merry brings joy to each event and community we visit! Life is full of challenges; staying hydrated shouldn't be one of them. We partner with female owned and sustainably driven businesses to provide the highest quality products.
Mobile bubble bars are averaging 85K in their first year, with moderate bookings {less than 50 per year}. The scope of opportunity with a mobile bar is exponential, depending largely on a) marketing b)sales and c) the distance an owner is willing to travel. The average mobile coffee bar brings in 130k per year, as the standard barista owner serves more frequently, and is more likely to 'pop up' in a community for a limited period of time, or, conversely, be more consistent in service of a single community. Our combined model is designed to generate 175K+ in our first year.
Eat, Drink & Be Merry has been self funded to this point, and with the birth of this mobile kitchen & bar, the need for outside funding has become evident. Traditional bank loans won't finance mobile businesses as they do brick & mortar opportunities. Our 35K ask represents half of the cost of our trailer build; the other half is coming from current sales and partnerships. We are counting on the IFW & Girlboss community to help us grow forward!
The trailer is 192 square feet of beautifully and intelligently designed professional kitchen and bar space, with a private dining space for 10 and a 96 square foot deck. It will be run entirely on solar power, and will use 100% biodegradable and/or compostable products. Merry will leave no waste; only a trail of goodworks and joyful memories. I have been working as a personal chef, designer and hospitality consultant for more than fifteen years. Having worked on events from celeb weddings to the Democratic National Convention, and designed more than 2M sq feet of commercial and residential space, I am well versed in the creative space.

We are also tickled pink to share that we will be serving City Girl Coffee Co as we travel the country! Female owned & operated, CGCC only offers fair trade, sustainable coffees from primarily women owned coffee farms worldwide.

- Is Eat, Drink & Be Merry a franchise? No, but we are working to create a plan for duplication. Stay tuned! Follow us at seemerrygo.com to stay up to date with our evolution.
- Can I rent or book you for an event? Well sure, that's what we're here for! We love events, big and small, and are happy to go wherever our calendar and the open road takes us.
- What else do you serve? Good question! Follow us at seemerrygo.com for all the details on what we offer. From grazing tables to private dinners, we're set up to do quite a bit!
- Where can we find you this summer? Our current events will have us primarily East of the Mississippi, but we do plan to serve at the Aspen Food & Wine Festival so if you're in Colorado, send us an email or DM!
- Do you ever just park for a week or two? We'd love to! This year we plan to hang out in Kennebunkport, Charleston, Seagrove Beach and Nashville. Tell us about your favorite town, and why we should come and visit.
- Are you but/gluten/soy/dairy free? We work hard to carry the highest quality ingredients, and for that reason do not carry any soy products or mass-commercially produced products. We really love quality dairy, and also offer coconut milk & almond milk. Nuts are found in many of our products, as is gluten & wheat.
- Are you hiring? Not any time soon. We're designed to function as a small operation with a big impact! On the rare occasion we need more hands, we will happily post the opportunity!
- Do you do charitable work? Yes! We are big believers in giving. Part of the purpose of having a fully functional kitchen is our ability to respond when a community is in need. We'll be partnered with the World Central Kitchen community of responders. Beyond that, we've been donating meals and fresh food to people in need within our community(s) for the past ten years. One in four children go to bed hungry every day in the US; we all have the ability to give more.
