Prezence is on a mission to shift technology from a stressor to a source of strength through Digital Mindfulness. In our Digital age we are more connected than ever before. Our excessive use of technology is affecting our mental health at home and at work.

Mindfulness is the practice of awareness. Digital mindfulness is the application of one's awareness practice to their relationship to self, others, and technology. By becoming more aware of our daily habits, we can create new, healthier patterns in our lifestyle.

How we're using these funds:
Throughout Covid-19, we offered our Prezence Premium subscription for free. We're seeking 20K in funding from our community and supporters to:
- Launch our Diversity of Mindfulness Campaign
- Hire new Meditation talent
- Expand our in-app content offering
- Promote our Android application launch

Meet with the Prezence team for a private consultation about your Digital Mindfulness Habits. We'll meet with you for 30 minutes and send custom recommendations and resources for you to improve your routine based on your goals.
Meet with a Prezence Guide for a guided meditation session.
This includes one private 60 minute yoga class, access to 5 Prezence mobile subscriptions, an a 30 minute Digital Mindfulness consult for you and your family.
This includes a short recorded guided meditation for sleep to be used at any time and access to 3 months of the Prezence mobile application.
Obtain access to 6 months of our Zoom Pursuing Prezence guided meditation classes. All classes are 30 minutes in length led by a certified meditation teacher.
You'll receive one free month of the Prezence application.
