Meet the founder Meme Williams of Plants & Juices LLC she became very deeply passionate at wanting to help women improve their diet, stress management and reproductive health. Being a certified nutrition advisor she's aiming to achieve this by introducing them to organic products which can supply their bodies with important nutrients to maintain both physical and mental health. 

Women are often caretakers of others but we do not always take enough time to care for our own bodies. Dealing with everyday concerns around finances, relationships or deadlines at work has a significant impact on women’s health which, over time, can manifest in a variety of ways. Disrupted sleep patterns, low sex drive or difficulties in conceiving are typical signals our bodies send to warn us that our lifestyle is unhealthy and needs to change. All things considered, in today’s era of uncertainty and concerns around public health we cannot underestimate the importance of looking after ourselves.

Our vision is to equip clients with practical tools and knowledge to help them prevent failing into unhealthy coping habits which often happens in response to stress. We aim to ensure women are well aware of these hidden threats and effective ways to stop them from spoiling their wellbeing and happiness. As a result of using Plants &Juices products women will be able to recognize the unique aspects of feminine health, gain more confidence and hope to become mothers live happy!
