What does it look like?
When you open the planner, you’ll find your week at a glance. Each day you’ll be prompted to log the number of hours you slept the night before. The planner also features a friendly layout for your daily calendar, which will get you thinking about dinner well before the clock turns 6! At the end of each day, you’ll be asked how your day was on a scale of 1-5, 1 being crawl back under the covers and 5 being ready to climb Mount Everest. This way you’ll be able to track the patterns of your daily life. For example, “On days when I don’t get at least six hours of sleep, I go to bed miserable,” or, “On days when I meet with Emily, I feel optimistic.”
