Hi, my name is Olga Chwa. Over the last 16 months, I have supported a growing group of people looking to make this world a better place, while working in a way that feels authentic and good in their bodies.
The problem is that most service-based professionals have spent their lives giving, giving ...giving to others, and now don’t have the resources to invest in quality business education.

I bring over 18 years of self-employment experience in wellness and massage therapy plus my years in health education, translation, journalism and marketing.
I give expert advice like I give a yoga class – using a unique, body-awareness system which I developed to help independent practitioners create the work, and the lives, that actually feel good.
My clients are therapists, ministers, sound healers, life coaches, dream workers and artists – and now they’re reaching new audiences, helping people feel better everywhere.

- What is a Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra is a form of brainwave yoga in which the practitioner is guided into an altered state of awareness, between sleep and wakefulness. There, many things are possible. Most classes use this practice for relaxation and even to intentionally fall asleep. Olga Chwa has adapted this practice for the service-based entrepreneur who is looking for clarity about what they are here to do and the confidence to do it.
