Project Description
- The mission of my business activity is to serve high quality fast food and non-alcoholic beverage for consumers and to provide as many workplaces for locals as possible.
- The pandemic hit our sector of activity hard and our team still faces challenges in the field.
- Those challenges faced after the pandemic led to seek ways of extra investments and funding to my business and I hope to attract attention and raise some fund to furtherly spend it on CTR Chicken concept and staff development.
- My team includes many strong and hard-working people. Most of them are ladies.
- I am truly grateful for my family, children, spouse, my mom and sister for their unconditional love and support at any time and space of my life!

- Where is your business activity located? My fast food cafe is located in the capital of Kazakhstan, Astana (Central Asian region).
- How many women do you have in your team? I can state that 80% of my staff are women and young girls.
- Where are you going to spend raised money? I plan to spend the most part of the raised fund on social media promotion of my cafe, the rest of the part will be spread among women and girls working at CTR Chicken.
- Do you have another working activity? Yes, I do. I am a part-time employee at the local university. I teach students international legal disciplines.
- Is English your native language? No, it is not. Kazakh and Russian are supposed to be native languages in Kazakhstan. I learned English at school and it was my favorite school subject. I continued learning English at university and still try to practice it whenever and wherever I can.
- How many languages do you speak? I am fluent at Kazakh, Russian, English, and Turkish. Besides, I understand Uzbek, Kyrgyz, Azerbaijani, Ukrainian very well. Can read and speak a little Italian and Spanish. Languages are my passion.
- Do you have family/children? Yes, I do. I am a beloved wife for 15 years and a mother of three: 13-year-old Samet, 9-year-old Aishenur and 4-year-old Seyit.
