Project Description
- Mama Me Time, LLC promotes overall wellness through self-care awareness and self-love advocacy. In doing so, we bring women together to normalize not feeling guilty for taking care of "mama needs".
- Too many mothers suffer from isolation after having children. These reasons may include: not working, not having family and friends near, and constantly taking care of others while neglecting themselves. Our goal is to teach mothers that self-care is far from a luxury, but a necessity.
- According to the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), the massage therapy industry is an $18 billion industry and it continues to grow.
- Mama Me Time, LLC provides massages, yoni steams, sauna wraps, foot detoxifications and more. We allow mothers to decompress in an relaxing and tranquil environment so even if it's for one or maybe even two hours, they feel refreshed and recharged.
- 2021 is officially our first year in business after putting a pause of my plans due to the pandemic. We have occurred more expenses than we would have liked to, therefore we are seeking funding to cover one year's worth of rent for our studio space to accommodate our clients so that we may focus on turning profits from now until July 2022.
- I am a one woman team, seeking to a hire an additional massage therapist and esthetician within our first year of building and branding our business.
