• Who are we? Having all been entrepreneurs themselves and/or growing up around them, each investor understood the hardship that comes when building, and sustaining, a business.  Looking around us, we see giants such as Amazon, Boeing and Microsoft continue to grow in our communities; swallowing up any opportunities for the “young ones”.  Using the TV show ‘Shark Tank’ for inspiration, however scaling it down to focus on business ownership resources, Arxegoz teams up with a startup and helps them build a strong platform through business consulting, financial advisory, marketing support and guidance for manufacturing options so the main business owner can focus on their talent/craft.  Arxegoz is a derivative of the Greek word ‘Archegos’ meaning: to lead; to believe; an author of their own belief; to build
• Who are our clients?  Our clients are any small businesses that yearn to grow and tire of losing to the major corporations.  Arxegoz, Inc. ultimately selects and approves which businesses they will help to evolve and thrive.
• Sales? Marketing? We have a strong focus on our smaller businesses so we utilize a marketing vendor who has over 30 years’ experience to ensure they flourish.  To get our name out in the community, we have created websites; flood social media with various content; door to door; several creative writing pieces which are entered into magazines or articles within community papers; flyers.
• How long have we been around? Arxegoz, Inc. officially started January, 2017.  It was extremely important that we created a solid business plan in place before we took a major risk.  Having devising processes and a system worth following by drafting a blueprint of our startup, it gave us a strong start for the first two businesses, Arxegoz Eats and Arxegoz Beauty, which launched July 2017 and November 2017, respectively.  We feel by using the Arxegoz name for the first two investments will show credibility for other startups, however, the Arxegoz name will be restricted to those two, unless mutually agreed upon.
• Competitive Advantage?  Being a startup ourselves, the struggles are not unknown to us.  Tara, our COO, has an impeccable business background and understands the need to acquire an outstanding marketing team that supports our business entrepreneurs, which we have done.  By already securing a strong relationship with our manufacturing contacts, we created a wholesale environment for our small business – saving them a lot of money and building a phenomenal revenue stream for the future.  We have yet to discover anyone willing to help other businesses succeed by implementing HR procedures, providing marketing or financial advice, or other components that may be needed but are hard to attain for the common small business startup owner.
• What makes us different than Shark Tank? Unlike Shark Tank. We do not have the generous funding and instant network. We do have a similar passion. Build on people’s dream. We invest through our own work effort, put our time and energy and limited funding resource to help other business as a shareholder. We succeed together. Like Shark Tank, we’re selective on our selection. We do our research on the business, and then seek them out. We meet with the individual several times to make sure we all do have the same vision. We hold a focus group to gather opinions of the market of this particular business. We spend a lot of time together in learning of our strengths and weakness. We find out if we can help, and do they need our help. We set the goal and mission together so communication is strong from day one. We set up legal contracts, and financial planning to be able to move to our first official planning meeting.
