We help you identify these actions, and then use features like alerts to keep you engaged and on-track. Plus, our intuitive dashboard will show you exactly what benefits you've achieved so far, whether it's time-, resource-, or revenue-based.
Our market is enormous! We are focused on small- and medium-sized companies that have fewer than 500 employees, and are growing or desire to grow. Based on US Census data, we estimate that there are almost 1.5 million companies that fit this criteria. We are industry agnostic, but plan on initially targeting nonprofits and digital marketing agencies, as we see their growth campaigns being uniquely in need of the benefits that HoneIn provides.
How You Can Help
We are seeking funding to get our product ready for market. We have received great feedback from beta testers, and will use the funds to build the infrastructure needed to support a larger client base.
Brian Strom has twenty-five years of experience and two successful technology startups under his belt. He co-founded RealLife HR in 1997 and served as the Head of Software Development. Throughout his five-year tenure, he was responsible for technology development, including the creation of one of the first online benefits enrollment platforms. In 2002, he co-founded ConnectYourCare, a leading administrator of consumer-directed health savings accounts, and served as the Chief Technology Officer for 15 years. In both roles, he was dedicated to using a methodology of tangible, data-backed goals when managing his teams, to which he credits the success of the companies. In his spare time, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys.
Anne Stuckey is passionate about helping companies maximize their potential, and excels at finding creative solutions for complex problems. She has years of experience working with clients from various industries to understand their unique needs, identify custom solutions, and successfully implement those changes. She also has extensive experience maintaining client relationships, as well as growing and managing internal teams. In her spare time, Anne enjoys cheering for UNC basketball and watching The Wire with her cat, Bubbles.
