The purpose of Modern Lux Spaces is to provide a space of elegance and comfort for all events!
Research has shown that consumers in this industry primarily focus on the following factors when making purchasing decisions: size, location, price, package deals. What would make Modern Lux Spaces appealing to consumers is by providing a blank canvas space that the consumer can design and decorate to their liking.
We are seeking funding to help with the cost with renovations before opening up to the public. This is how the funding will be spent: flooring, carpet, lighting, AC installation (4), wall to cover wires for internet/phone connection, replace garage doors, replace ceiling panels, replace baseboards, repair damage to some walls and paint, security system, and furnishings.
My business partner and I both working on this process together.
