Project Description
Picture healthy food dressed in Dominican-Caribbean flair! That’s Juuuicy Mama's Vegan Cocina! Our restaurant is a family business and we focus on using high-quality ingredients while creating delicious vegan food. We do this because we want you to enjoy the great tastes of these healthy foods. We have a huge focus on serving gluten-free, soy-free, non-gmo and organic food too. Our vegan food is so good that non-vegans love our Cocina as well.
Juuuicy is complemented for having the best Caribbean flavors, inspired by my grandma's cooking. Since opening a year ago in West Palm Beach, FL, we’ve remodeled the space to make sure it’s inspirational within our community. Our authentic vegan style Dominican Caribbean flavors attract all sorts of patrons; over 30% are non-vegans and around 18% are new to the vegan way of life. We’re happy to be a part of the journey of vegans that have decided to eat healthier and be a part of a global effort to stop animal abuse.
Our customer base is highly diverse and we keep that in mind by designing a menu that welcomes everyone. It’s no wonder that we have so many return customers. Our patrons come for the food and stay for the service.
Our business has been hit hard by the recent economic downturn, driven by Covid19. We have not been able to secure payroll assistance through Cares Act due to the program being underfunded.
Please consider donating this campaign designed to keep our family business alive during this economic crisis. Whatever you donate to this campaign will be used towards payroll and keeping the lights on. And even if you can’t financially support please share this campaign with family/friends via social media.

In this live cooking and juicing class, we'll have a professional host and guest chefs along with Mama's Vegan Cocina team show us from scratch how to make delicious vegan meals and drinks.
This is the real deal! A night to remember for sure. We'll have cool games, music, snacks, a drink or two and lots of learning so you can make your own meals at home (or just come for some much-needed fun!).
We'll provide all ingredients needed all you have to do is show up. You'll also receive a Juuuicy / Mama's Vegan Cocina Apron and a copy of our Mini Cookbook with access to the YouTube videos for the mini cook as well.
Each month we'll be hosting 1-2 classes so the first class will be scheduled for Aug and last class for Dec. You'll be able to book your class well in advance.

- Easy Vegan Desserts such as our popular vegan flan, Vegan Fried Dough (gluten fried dough - Dominican Bunuelos), Coconut Ice Cream and more.
- Snacks / Appetizers - easy to make snacks such as our popular Calamari, Chicken Chunks, and more.
- Nutritious sauces to go with many of your meals
- Meals - anything from making our popular Mofongo, House Rice, Oxtail, Burgers and more!
- We'll be inviting a few different guest chefs to join us for the YouTube videos so you can learn different techniques from them too!
You'll also be able to participate in our Virtual Live Cooking Class Show.
I promise we'll make this fun! The Mini Cookbook and Show will be live by the beginning of Aug 2020 and the videos will start also in July. Some Videos will be ready to view from July, Aug, Sept, Oct, Nov and December. All videos for the mini cook will be fully finished and ready to view by Dec 2020. *You'll receive an email with instructions for the date of the show and list of ingredients you'll need to follow us at home.
