THE HAYVN FOUNDER:

HAYVN’s founder Felicia Rubinstein knows first hand about the challenges of working solo. As a former "Woman in Stem" corporate professional, Felicia had worked at GE and Apple Computer for over a decade but left the corporate world to start her own business, 341 Studios. She created one of the first virtual workspaces for independent contractors and freelancers. 

During that time of working from home and balancing family life she missed the support and camaraderie of her workplace colleagues.

She also discovered that her female business clients needed similar support—a workspace where they could interact with peers and access networking opportunities.

As the shared workspace movement took hold in the U.S., Felicia knew the independent and small-business women of Fairfield County would thrive in a women-centered coworking space.

Now, with the support of her advising team—and your HAYVN investment—she is building an unrivaled flexible workspace where women can connect, grow and achieve their dreams.

THE HAYVN SPACE:

CONVENIENT LOCATION: 320 Boston Post Road in Darien, CT — the center of lower Fairfield County, Connecticut with easy access to Interstate 95 and the Merritt Parkway.

HAYVN is an open, light-filled space, designed to feel warm and welcoming, as well as motivating and productive.  It’s the best of all worlds and expressly designed for women to achieve in every facet of their lives.

HAYVN's design team has paid attention to every detail: stylish and comfortable seating arrangements, ergonomic desks and work areas, elegant event and meeting spaces, modern amenities, and an attentive, welcoming staff.

PROFESSIONAL MAIL SERVICE: HAYVN's mailing address is available to all members, and we will sign for your packages even when you aren't there. You will be notified via email or text, and we can even send you a scan of the contents.

MAVEN TALKS: Business experts and professional coaches will support women in their existing professional enterprise or help them get back on the career track.

CREATIVE MAVENS: Artists, Authors, Cooking Mavens, Musicians and Health Gurus will share their artistry and know-how.

HAYVN ROUNDTABLES: Educational workshops served with breakfast or lunch will feature experts on a variety of topics, depending on member's interests. HAYVN SHARES: Members will share their stories, vision, products and skills with each other.
