- How can I reach you with any questions?
- The best way to reach us is by email at [email protected]
- When will my merchandise be shipped?
- Our campaign ends July 11th and we will submit the order for the merchandise at that time. We will be in touch to confirm sizing and once we receive the merchandise from the company, we will give it to you in person or ship directly. We anticipate the turnaround to be no more than 3 weeks.
- How do I redeem my private session or event?
- We will call you or send an email detailing the information necessary to schedule your session at a time convenient to you. You can also call us directly at 215 876 2286.
- If I select the 8 training sessions, when can I start?
- The 8 training sessions are available for use straight away at our City Ave location or you can wait until the new location opens. The 8 trainings are valid for up to 3 months starting from your first session.
- When can I expect my social media shout out?
- The F45 team will conduct your personalized shout out within a week. We will also tag you if we have your social media handle to ensure that you don’t miss it.
- How do I activate the Ultimate Health Package?
- We will call or email you with details. You can start your year membership straight away at our current location on City Ave or choose a later date. Once the new location is open you will be able to utilize your membership at both studios.
- Is there an option to invest money in exchange for ownership or equity?
- Yes, for anyone interested in investing in the company and its expansion Marysel is happy to discuss the possibility and particular details further. Please email [email protected] with best contact information and she will schedule a time with you directly.
- When will I receive my handwritten Thank you?
- The F45 Team will mail it to you within a week please keep in mind that it may take longer depending on where you are located.
