Project Description
This project aims to educate, inspire, and share authentic stories of these Caribbean women wanting to share their Afro-descendant roots.
The problem I am solving is to break the boundaries of how visual stories of Women of Color should be told.
The market opportunity is to produce eco-friendly products to celebrate these women and educate the world about their stories and afro-descendant history in the Caribbean.
Yeny Studio is a small business in the startup stage, which does not have enough funding to direct and hire a team to create this product campaign.
The reason for seeking this funding is to continue to tell stories of these women, give back to those involved in the project, direct and hire a team of makeup artists, assistants to shoot and purchase this campaign merchandise.
The team in this campaign is the models.

Why Women of Color? Women's Color in the Caribbean is not as celebrated in the mainstream media, which is the why for celebrating us.
