Driving Smartie Pants

Smarties mission is to provide quality affordable services to families while remaining a safe and fun environment for children.

Smarties currently utilizes a van to transport our Smarties Pants. Although our van runs well we are in need of a modern van for the company

Smarties services children ages 5-12 years old (3+ for drop-in services). We offer an After School Program, Summer Camp, Spring Camp, Drop-in Care & MORE!

Smarties is founded and operated by Talaya McManus, a licensed educator and graduate of WSSU. We also employ two after school drivers, a camp assistant (who also works in our local school system) and a host of volunteers. Smarties has also partnered with the Urban League and their intern program.

Our hope is to raise enough money to purchase a van! We thank all of our supports who have already donated!
