- VB Consulting is an IT firm providing consulting services to primarily colleges and universities for over 18 years. Currently, we are in the process of supporting our current and potential customers as they navigate through the impact of COVID-19 on recruiting students as well as providing timely and pertinent information to returning students.
- We are providing COVID-19 solutions not just for colleges and universities but companies that have moved operations offsite and need to provide customers timely information.
- Because the workforce has pivoted to providing remote services, a ChatBot can be tailored to provide FAQs for end users who don't want to search a website for information.
- We are seeking funding primarily for marketing as well as to established a managed services arm for the maintenance of the Chatbot.
- We are partnering with Amazon Web Services and rockITdata to provide COVID-19 solutions to assist colleges and universities with getting timely information out to students about school schedules, transcripts, cancelled classes or grades, etc...
