Cocoa Puzzles
We are a black-owned and woman-owned children's jigsaw puzzle company that creates inspirational, fun, colourful pieces of culture that pay tribute to the Caribbean heritage. A place where the adventure begins and imagination thrives. Founded in 2020, our art on puzzles features works from myself, Putrice Thomas and other underrepresented artists of minority cultures.
42Piece Collection For ages 4+ designed and developed for little thinkers with easy to grip pieces.
100Piece Collection For ages 6+ designed and developed for our little preschoolers with varying shapes to allow for problem solving independently.
The lack of diversity in the toy industry: At Cocoa Puzzles, our goal is to use art as a medium to educate children on the importance of cultural unity. Far too long the black and brown diaspora has been underrepresented in the toy industry. As parents and keepers, it is our responsibility to ensure that we fill our kid's hearts and minds with positive images so that they can feel a sense of belonging and identity. That's why I started the company with puzzles for little thinkers to help kids focus and develop emotional intelligence. Twenty (20) minutes of engaging quality time would ensure that we are doing our part to equip the next generation of leaders.

Why Cocoa Puzzles Matter
Jigsaw puzzles are great tactile tools that can be used at home and in the classroom to help children develop memory skills. While completing a puzzle, children need to remember shapes, colors, positions and strategies as these are much needed skills for lifelong learning.
We are more than just puzzles; we are a community of artists and people who care about the toys and games our children engage with. We care to make a difference to ensure that black representation is easily accessible and in abundance on store shelves.
