We are a sustainable womenswear brand, for fashion-forward and socially conscious women. We strike the balance between style and sustainability based on the belief that fashion shouldn’t exist at the expense of our planet or its people, and in turn, that we don't have to sacrifice style to be sustainable. Let's rethink fashion together.
Why we’re crowdfunding:
To support our on-demand production efforts.
This means we’re producing in small batches instead of large quantities that lead to waste.
You can be sure that what you’re getting is a garment that has been made specially for you instead of something that’s been sitting on inventory for months.
We are self-funded. Start-up costs have been allocated to launch the brand. Funding from this pre-sale will be reinvested to grow the business and used to fund our first production round.

Our garments are made to live a long life. Caring for them mindfully, will ensure longer wear. We recommend spending a minute or two reviewing the care instructions included with your garment.

RISKS
Currently, the CHABELLA label is exclusively self-funded and requires collaborative effort, hard work and determination on the part of all involved.
The risks associated with this project are those of any new business. Being independently funded also means very little (if any!) sleep and hard physical labor. While there are risks there are also many opportunities for growth and success, given the necessary resources.
There are many challenges that could arise when creating a collection and showcasing the end product. Careful planning has taken place to ensure that all bases are covered, however, as with any business venture there are always risks.
SHIPMENT
Getting our products into your hands means more opportunities for valuable feedback from our customers. Delivery of rewards on a timely basis is of the utmost importance, both for your benefit and ours.
Slow Fashion: As a slow fashion company, our garments are made to order. Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your order once the campaign closes. Items will be shipped via US mail. We have incorporated prizes that are all part of the process of creating the collection and the end result.
A system is in place to plan for unforeseen demand. With the exception of the fabric, all of the materials utilized in the collections are supplied from NYC’s Garment District’s local suppliers. Our production is also based in NYC's Garment District.
Direct access to suppliers and factories is a big plus in ensuring that product is made and delivered in a timely fashion.
We chose IFW's incredible platform because we believe in the power of community. We are grateful for the opportunity to launch our products here.

The convertible overlay that can be worn loose or tied at the waist for a more fitted look.
