Who We Are
CREATE is a multi-service private practice that offers high-quality mental health services, opportunities for personal growth, community building, and professional development. We are based in Spring, TX, but reach individuals and families all over Texas. We hope to expand our reach beyond Texas in the future through virtual educational and consulting services.

More than ever people are seeking to take care of their physical and mental health with tools, interventions, and connections that go beyond quick fixes.

Who We Serve
While everyone is welcome at CREATE, we prioritize teens, women, and first-generation immigrants for our clinical services. Our community workshops are low-cost, relevant, and open to all adults. Our professional development and consulting services are offered to helping professionals, schools, and faith communities.
We offer all of this with a culturally, linguistically, and spiritually sensitive and responsive approach that recognizes the unique values and context of each individual and family. And most importantly we bring a spirit of collaboration and are actively reaching out and seeking partnerships with private and community mental health providers and local entrepreneurs from various industries.
How do We do It
We incorporate evidence-based clinical interventions in psychotherapy and also use art, cultural elements, and other creative ways to meet our clients where they are and make our clinical services highly customized. Our educational services allow us to support our community with practical tools for wellness, self-improvement, and self-expression. We strive to create meaningful moments, relationships, and stories together.

Why We are Seeking Funding
As a brand-new small business, we are seeking funding to meet our first-year goals. We are committed to our vision and have joyfully and diligently invested our personal resources and time for the past 10 months. We have been blown away but how far we have come in such a short amount of time and feel very proud of the beautiful offices and education room that are now open, the more than 30 individuals and families we have served through therapy and the workshops we have provided in our site and in the community.
With your generous support, we will be able to buy chairs and training equipment for our educational services as well as art supplies and other therapy materials. Your support will give us a boost to continue to develop and strengthen our programs. Our hope is to end the year debt-free, so we can start offering a highly discounted rate to a limited amount of individuals and families in 2024 reaching more people who could otherwise not afford therapy.

Why are you fundraising?
As a new small business that started without capital other than our personal resources, we have diligently worked to build what we have so far, invested our time, energy and skills as well as partnered and collaborated with other small businesses when we could. As we approach our one-year anniversary we are in need of a boost to buy more educational/therapeutic materials, and furniture. Meeting our fundraising goal will also help us end our first year debt-free. Exceeding our crowdsourcing campaign goals will allow us to further invest in our professional development and accelerate the process of strengthening our current services, launching new ones, and establishing a small "pay it forward" fund to serve those who are uninsured/underinsured or unable to pay full fees and high co-pays.

4.
