Adamas Salons is the answer to a long-standing issue within the nail salon industry. We are creating an intuitive B2B(2C) web application that addresses tailored solutions for the nail salon industry.

Currently, there is a noticeable absence of technology-driven advancements, leaving customers and businesses struggling to find the perfect match. What we aim to do is create a platform which is on par with today’s technological standards. Our innovative platform brings a fresh approach by offering customers the tools that no one else on the market offers. This means transparent pricing, filtration based on preferences, and no more wasting time. Our greater goal is to create a larger sense of community within the nail industry between businesses and customers, creating a space for them to interact without any barriers. It's important to note that our features are just the tip of the iceberg; there is a vast unexplored territory of possibilities within the market, and we are excited to tap into in the future and become the leading catalyst to disrupt the industry. We're setting a new standard in a space that's long awaited improvement.

From the Founder, Tracy Chao:

As a first-generation American-born individual, I bring a unique perspective and deep understanding of an often under-represented market to the forefront.  My parents came to America to live the American dream like the 70%+ ethnic salon owners in the US that wanted to raise their families and struggled through navigating daily life.  My personal connection to the nail salon industry runs deep as a long-time hobbyist and both my sister and sister-in-law being licensed nail technicians. This proximity provides me with invaluable domain expertise by proxy, allowing me to intimately comprehend the needs, challenges, and aspirations of the professionals and businesses in this field.        

Furthermore, my prior experience as a business owner has given me a first hand appreciation of the struggles and complexities entrepreneurs face. Armed with my extended formal education coupled with a career spanning finance and accounting, I possess robust financial acumen and I recognize the critical role sound financial management plays in the success of any business.        

These unique qualifications, combined with my unwavering passion to innovate and my dedication to filling the technological void in the nail salon sector, make me exceptionally qualified to spearhead the Adamas Salons initiative. I am committed to bringing meaningful change, fostering community collaboration, and elevating the standards in an industry that is long overdue for transformation.
