A digital magazine that empowers and celebrates the beauty in everyday women of color through editorial experiences. BÈL Monique (BÈL) means beautiful in Haitian Creole and is in memory of Monique Camilien who passed away from lung cancer in 1994. BÈL combines workshops, editorial photoshoots and fashion forward experiences to celebrate real women of color; and provide them with a platform to rediscover and reconnect with themselves; so that who they are internally, can exude externally. Women are fully immersed in a variety of areas - including a cover feature on our monthly digital magazine, distributed to a growing network of multicultural women. We don’t want to just tell women they’re beautiful, we want to provide them with a transformational experience that makes them feel it too!
