Eunoiafit is a private fitness studio invested in curating space for women from all walks of life to develop and refine a health and wellness journey specific to their needs. Through a multitude of training services such as prenatal and postpartum fitness, we pride ourselves on standing in the gaps for women as they traverse the often complex and varied journey of womanhood and wellness.

Society is all about quick fixes! Whether it is waist trainers, tummy tea, or Brazilian butt lifts, there is very little education about the products and procedures largely marketed to women and their long term implications.

Despite the American Association of Obstetrics and Gynecologists recommending 150 minutes of moderate intensity activity per week during pregnancy, women still remain uninformed and lack the support to implement these recommendations safely.

Intimidation and the lack of knowledge of how to properly execute exercises in male dominated spaces like the gym, keep a lot of women at home.

We pride ourselves on educating our clients on the benefits of strength and cardiovascular training, mobility, and sustainable nutrition. We advocate for sustainable programming and resources that will allow for women to safely reach and maintain their goals.

Our CEO and head trainer is a full spectrum doula and prenatal and postpartum fitness specialist. This expansion will lend itself to the growth of resources and services specifically for this underserved population.

At Eunoiafit you will always find a welcoming and judgment free environment. Our gym is dedicated to understanding and meeting the unique needs of each client while fostering a community based on inclusion, understanding, and support.

Alyssa Nichols, Dallas native, is a certified personal training and full spectrum doula. She has a love for all things women’s health and reproductive advocacy. As a Baylor University Track and Field alum, she has used her high level experience to regress athlete-like training principles and programming to meet the needs of the everyday woman. She has been featured on Stone Cold Steve Austin’s national television show Broken Skull Challenge and has partnered with companies like JC Penney and Boost Mobile. Eunoiafit Studio has been featured on Good Morning Texas and was awarded Best of Black Dallas by Dallas Weekly in 2019.

Eunoiafit has been a one woman show for the last 8 years. It is our time to grow, expand our services and our reach! We plan to use the capital received to expand our training and business management teams with like-minded women dedicated to our cause. We also plan to use funding to finish out our brand new facility and support our online training presence through our training app launching Summer 2024!
