As women entrepreneurs, we’re constantly problem-solving and using analytical thinking to innovate. In this workshop, you'll learn how to use mindfulness to gain the mental clarity, flexibility in thinking, and broader perspective to perform these complex tasks.

About the coach

Cheryl Jones is the Founder and CEO of Thriving Circles Global. Formerly the Director of Mindfulness at Aetna (a healthy care company with 45,000 employees), she received the Chairman's Leadership Award and the Norman Vincent Peale Award for bringing mindfulness to corporate culture. She has been recognized as one of the most powerful women of the mindfulness movement by Mindful Magazine.

As an entrepreneur with four startups under her belt, Cheryl Jones has been a recognized leader in the wellness industry introducing evidenced-based practices and principles to help people flourish personally and professionally. Her tenets address the whole person across all areas of health; mental, physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and physical.

Cheryl earned a master’s degree in health education and exercise science from the University of Connecticut, a B.S. degree from Central Connecticut State University, and a certificate in spirituality from the University of Saint Joseph. She completed extensive teacher training in the world-renowned Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program at the UMass Chan Medical School.

She is the author of two books; Thriving When Your Cosmic Egg Is Cracked: A Mindful Journey and Mindful Exercise: A Bridge Between Yoga and Exercise.
