Learn how to identify and define who your target audience is using data and insights. Learn how to collect and interpret key data points around your target customer's behaviors, habits, interests, and attitudes.

Learn where your audience lives (which social platforms, which media outlets, which communities, etc) and how to reach them effectively. Understand how to reach your customer with the right message at the right time. 

Building your customer persona

Learn how to build a customer persona and how to use it to inform your marketing strategy.

Tools & Tech

Learn which tools and technologies can help you identify your target audience and give you useful insights into your customer base.

About the coach

Bérengère Loubatier is the Senior Brand Director of Suave Masterbrand USA where she is responsible for innovation, engagement and performance across all of the Beauty & Personal Care categories. During her 16 year career at Unilever, Bérengère has brought her expertise to launch products in global markets including London, Paris, and Shanghai. She holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School.

About the coach


Jaclyn Marchetta is a scientist at Unilever. She enjoys embracing new challenges and stepping outside of her comfort zone. At Unilever, Jaclyn has worked on biodegradable body washes and deodorants for Seventh Generation. She is currently working on skincare products for Mele, a science-led skincare brand for melanin-rich skin. Outside of her time at Unilever, Jaclyn is a Pure Barre fitness instructor. She also enjoys hiking, kayaking, playing the bagpipes, and visiting her triplet siblings.
