Your Doctors Online (YDO) provides its users - mainly women and new mothers - around the world with access to medical experts through an affordable, 24/7 mobile app chat service.
We created YDO with the goal of making medical advice reliable, convenient and easily accessible for women.
In the last 18 months, we've gained 100k new users, provided 250k opinions from our experts, received 1500+ global Google reviews and earned a 4.9 star rating on Google reviews.

As several YDO team members are mothers, we understand that visiting the clinic can be especially time-consuming, stressful and at times, unnecessary.

What is Your Doctors Online?
Your Doctors Online is a mobile app that allows users to chat 24/7 with real doctors about a wide range of health concerns.
How do I use Your Doctors Online?
The Your Doctors Online app can be downloaded for free through the Apple Store or Google Play Store. Once the app is downloaded, you will be asked a few simple questions about your health concern before being connected to one of our doctors for a free chat as part of the 7-day trial membership.
How much does it cost to be a member?
You can test our service for free for the first 7 days of being a member. If you wish to become a full member, YDO costs only $9.99/month. This membership allows users to skip the queue, send photos to doctors and get medication reminders so you never miss a dose.
Is my data protected?
We adhere to the highest standard of privacy when it comes to data and chat history. Your Doctors Online meets all federal requirements for protecting personal health information (PHI) of patients under the Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). The technology we employ encrypts and stores all PHI securely while allowing your physician to access critical information easily and quickly.
Who are the doctors I will be speaking to?
Our doctors are highly educated and screened before joining the YDO team and practice across North America, mainly in the US and Canada. We partner with both general practitioners and specialists, including Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB-GYN) professionals. Do YDO doctors give prescriptions to users?
No. YDO doctors provide medical information and advice to our users. Our service is meant to compliment existing medical services and eliminate unnecessary visits to the clinic or doctor. When necessary, our doctors will direct users to their primary physician or emergency room if the issue presented warrants this.
