Project Description
- What is the mission of your company or project? Women of Prosperity is dedicated to the development of women. Our organization will meet you where you are, and commit to coaching you on maximizing your fullest potential, both personally and professionally.
- Describe the problem you are solving. The biggest area we have worked on has been restoring confidence in women and younger girls. We meet women in all walks of life that have experienced failures and set-backs, and as a result, their confidence is shattered. We commit towards helping women to embrace the process, which may consist of rainy days. The goal is to learn from every moment in the process as it is all a part of your success.
- What is the market size/opportunity? Our goal is to work with women globally.
- What is your company/product about and how does it solve the problem? Our company provides products to assist with development. We are a development resource organization that provides classes, coaching, and training - in additional to face to face workshops. In addition to providing tangible resources, we also provide mentoring.
- Why are you seeking funding and how will you spend the funding? COVID has impacted our organization in a massive way. Women have had to shift their focus to homeschooling children, remote working, and overall safety of their families. As a result, our organization, Women of Prosperity have shifted our focus to accommodate today's working women. Our development center will provide a completely virtually development experience. This virtual experience will require various systems to offer online classes, training and development. Funding, investors, and sponsorships are needed.
- Who is on your team? Our team consist of our founder (a 15 year Corporate Professional, Master's of Science Degree in Organizational Leadership, a 10 year CPA and business professional, a 10 year Community Activist and Corporate Professional).
