We live in a world built on advertising.
What started with the infamous “Mad Men” of the 1950s has blossomed into a booming industry worth around 241 BILLION dollars.
Ads are everywhere - on our phones, on our streets, even on our clothes - sending subliminal messages into our personal and societal subconscious.
In February 2019, my co-founder and I [over a pasta dinner at our favorite Italian restaurant] discovered mutual exhaustion.
After working in the design and marketing industries since the early 2010’s, we were tired of knowing that - even in the modern world of intersectional feminism - the majority of ads for women are still being created by men.
We decided it was time for women to lead their own conversations, instead of following the path they were told to be on - and that’s how Wolfe Agency was born.
Wolfe Agency is a female-led multi-disciplinary creative studio servicing organizations who target millennial women buyers.
And this market goes deep! Beyond apparel, accessories, and beauty, millennial women are the target audience for the majority of food, home, lifestyle, wellness, and children’s brands. Many other industries are also beginning to target and harness the power of millennial women - including the auto, real estate, and financial service industries.
Our woman-powered team works with both large and small businesses to give their brand a competitive edge by telling their story through the lens of a dynamic millennial woman.
We understand that no two businesses are the same and, because of this, offer a full range of services to accommodate any price point.
Our clients choose us because of our industry expertise. Through our extensive work in the design and marketing fields, we’ve collected data and key insights on what influences the millennial woman’s buying decisions and how to create a better world for her unique needs. This critical information helps businesses grow and sell rapidly, while maintaining ethical, inclusive, and woman-friendly messaging.
Donating to our campaign will allow us to get our message out to more businesses who may be looking for a design agency with our expertise.
Because of the striking neglect of female leaders in the creative industry, many businesses are forced to work with male-owned agencies and put out ads that otherwise may not have been created!
We are proud of the work we do and love to show it off. Take a look at one of our most recent projects!
NightCap is a one-of-a-kind drink spiking prevention scrunchie.
56% of women report they’ve unknowingly had their drink spiked. NightCap has been recognized internationally for being the unique and clever solution to this dangerous issue.
Featured on Fox Business, USA Today, and more, NightCap is making waves in the nightlife industry.
We have helped NightCap share their message with thousands of women through Brand Therapy, brand development, content creation, social media management, and more!
Every dollar raised from this campaign will be invested directly into our Brand Therapy coaching program. With Brand Therapy, we are able to provide our professional insights to help more inspiring brands [like NightCap!] reach their target audience and share their empowering messages.
Brand Therapy provides actionable advice to help businesses create high-converting, female-friendly campaigns.
Since this is the most cost-efficient service we offer our clients, it is popular amongst female small-business owners who have not yet been able to reach the level of success they want [and need] for their business.
We would love to continue the momentum of this inspiring program by creating video courses, downloadable resources, and IRL workshops.
We would also create a training program for larger businesses to use and share amongst their in-house marketing and design teams on how to create positive and meaningful campaigns for the modern woman.
Only 40% of US businesses are women-owned, with an even smaller percentage being owned by a Latina.
After working endless hours for male-owned agencies, being underpaid, underappreciated, and drained - mentally, spiritually, and physically - we thought we would never be able to have meaningful careers that we loved.
Waking up every day and having the privilege to work with our amazing clients gives us so much hope and fervor for life. We have been able to change the conversation and create a more positive world for women in all walks of life. There is nothing we would rather do than this and that is the greatest success we could ever ask for.
Thank you for joining us in the fight for equality. Your donation is appreciated more than you will ever know.
Wolfe Agency would be nothing without the amazing team backing its mission. To align with our core values, our diverse, international team consists of 86% self-identifying females. 54% of our team also represent minority groups. Leading our work are agency co-founders, Nicole Morales-Sancho and Taura Wolfe.
Nicole now resides as Creative Director at Wolfe Agency. With 10 years of design experience under her belt, Nicole leads Wolfe Agency’s vision through an artistic and intuitive approach which allows her to bring out the best energy in clients, individuals, and teams. Nicole lives to serve as a role model for the next generation of Latinx youth who want to become influential leaders of tomorrow.
But, these passions were not built without struggle. While building the foundation for her career, Taura was faced with harsh gender discrimination from a former employer due to a “dress code violation” that quickly turned into a deeper issue. After quitting her role immediately - without a job or a savings account to fall back on - Taura devoted herself wholly to the uplifting of women in all personal and professional environments.
Equipped with over 11 years of experience, Taura leads Wolfe Agency’s growth with a keen aptitude for business development and strategy that transforms how women are valued as consumers. Her driving force is to amplify the voices of women worldwide by fighting social injustices. Wolfe Agency is one of many outlets created by Taura on her mission to destroy the patriarchy and create a more inclusive world for all.
